Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
- Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
- Engage personally with customers and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences
- Strategically schedule staff, coach management on standards, and lead product rollout meetings
- Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
- Stay informed about competitors and exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs
