The role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is at the heart of this dynamic environment. In this role, the RGM will be working a structured 50-hour workweek that includes 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, offering a balanced and rewarding work schedule. Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
  • Engage personally with customers and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences
  • Strategically schedule staff, coach management on standards, and lead product rollout meetings
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
  • Stay informed about competitors and exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs
