We are currently hiring for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent experience as a General Manager for external candidates
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong guest-centric mindset
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs and EBITDA targets
  • Experience mentoring and coaching staff
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
  • Proficiency with POS and corporate software systems
  • Ability to operate a rental truck for catering and supply runs
  • Willingness to travel between locations and attend offsite meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
