Job Requirements
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent experience as a General Manager for external candidates
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong guest-centric mindset
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs and EBITDA targets
- Experience mentoring and coaching staff
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
- Proficiency with POS and corporate software systems
- Ability to operate a rental truck for catering and supply runs
- Willingness to travel between locations and attend offsite meetings
Job Qualifications
