Job Requirements
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent experience as a General Manager for external candidates
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong guest-centric mindset
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs and EBITDA targets
- Experience mentoring and coaching staff
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
- Proficiency with POS and corporate software systems
- Ability to operate a rental truck for catering and supply runs
- Willingness to travel between locations and attend offsite meetings
Job Qualifications
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
- Success in mentoring and coaching professionals
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial controls
- Proficiency in POS, corporate software, and third-party delivery platforms
- Experience in casual or upscale dining
- Hospitality or business degree
- Culinary and kitchen operations experience

- Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
- Coach team members on upselling techniques and provide performance reviews
- Drive sales growth through financial analysis and responsiveness to market trends

- Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain hospitality standards
