Job Requirements

4+ years of General Manager experience in upscale casual or fine dining concepts
tenure of 2+ years in similar roles
strong leadership skills
knowledge of inventory management systems
experience in cost control
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to analyze P&L statements
customer service orientation
capability to train and develop staff
