This job opportunity is offered by a franchisee of Taco Bell, one of the leading quick-service restaurant brands that specializes in Mexican-inspired foods such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Unlike working directly with Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates, the selected candidate will be employed exclusively by an independent franchisee owner. These franchisees operate their own businesses, managing all aspects of their restaurant independently and setting their own wage and benefit programs, which can differ from one franchisee to another. This distinct setup allows for a more entrepreneurial work environment where managers have a significant impact on the daily operations and success of their individual location.

Job Qualifications

  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
