Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in hospitality management
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment

- Proven experience in restaurant or winery general management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent customer service and guest experience focus
- Experience managing events and catering
- Marketing and social media management knowledge
- Financial acumen including P and L ownership
Job Duties
- Set and maintain a polished, high-energy environment
- Build and document scalable service standards
- Own the P and L and drive revenue across all channels
- Activate slower nights with targeted strategies
- Elevate the bar into a destination experience
- Build private events, corporate bookings, and catering
- Lead social media, promotions, and partnerships
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Own scheduling, labor, and SOPs
