Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 3 years hospitality experience
- understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
- knowledge of general food service standards and allergen awareness
- ability to read and understand financial reports

- basic Google Workplace and Microsoft knowledge

Job Duties
- creating an exceptional experience for all guests
- maintaining a positive work environment for your team members and guests
- solicit feedback to understand the needs and wants of our guests
- train team members on company standards and practices
- conduct daily alignment meetings for the management team as well as team members
- create schedules to ensure necessary coverage in all areas of the space allowing service to run seamlessly
- conduct weekly financials
- oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
