Job Requirements
- 2-4 year of experience in related food service management position preferred
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Food manager certification and or ServSafe manager certificate required
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings conferences and training

Job Duties
- Recruiting hiring and onboarding of FOH and BOH team members
- Conducting and supervising the training and development of FOH and BOH team members
- Upholding food preparation specifics by ensuring standard operational procedures are followed
- Communicating training and coaching team members and shift leaders on changes or new procedures processes products promotions or equipment
- Conducting succession planning 1-on-1s with designated team members
- Ensuring team members comply with all established standards including personal safety food safety sanitation personal hygiene appearance and uniform
- Managing daily operations of a restaurant shift
- Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Ensuring food quality and availability
- Maintaining cleanliness organization and stocking in all areas of the restaurant
- Assisting in the development of team members
- Maintaining and building sales
- Conducting and managing inventory
- Placing food orders and processing invoices
- Tracking and managing labor and food costs to meet restaurant goals
- Assisting in the preparation of work schedules for team members
- Managing daily operations of opening closing and mid shifts
- Maintaining restaurant equipment in working order and requesting service or repair for issues
- Maintaining food safety personal safety and sanitation standards according to health department regulations and company standards
- Complying with and maintaining personal hygiene appearance and uniform standards for all team members
- Monitoring adherence to all applicable labor laws
- Performing other projects and duties as assigned by the restaurant general manager
