The Restaurant General Manager role at KFC is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving operational success through effective team management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Supervisors
  • develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring Assistant Managers and Team Member Trainers
  • recognize and reward outstanding Team Member performance regularly
  • address and resolve conflicts promptly
  • personally engage with customers to swiftly resolve any issues
  • strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
  • analyze the restaurant's financial performance and manage the budget
