Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
- Proficient in English reading, speaking, comprehension, and writing
- Maintain current health card per local or state requirements
- Valid and reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including MVR
- Able to obtain and pass SERV Safe certification
- Expected to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required by state or local laws
- Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world class operations including well-developed crew and staff, pristine restaurants serving excellent food, and strong financial results
- Maintaining high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness by empowering teams
- Understanding and performing every job in the restaurant
- Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as ultimate decision-maker
- Engaging in clear and consistent communications with leadership and staff
- Building an effective team through training, development, and providing timely performance feedback
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
