The General Manager role at DRG is a leadership position requiring a dynamic and experienced individual who is passionate about building and developing strong teams. This position oversees operational excellence across assigned restaurants, focusing on people development, customer service, food safety, quality control, restaurant cleanliness, and profitability. The General Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring team members while enforcing the company’s policies and maintaining high standards aligned with brand expectations. Key to success in this role is maintaining clear communication with both field leadership and staff, as well as acting as the ultimate decision-maker to ensure all aspects of restaurant performance are optimized.

Compensation for the General Manager role starts between $18.50 and $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and availability, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Proficient in English reading, speaking, comprehension, and writing
  • Maintain current health card per local or state requirements
  • Valid and reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Able to obtain and pass SERV Safe certification
  • Expected to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local laws
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
