Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean driving record with at least one year of driving experience in the United States
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • availability to make restaurant bank deposits as needed
  • honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with financial responsibility
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • ensure high standards of food quality and safety are maintained
  • manage restaurant financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability
  • train new employees and support ongoing staff development
  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning
