Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including day and evening
- Ability to lead large teams of 65 to 100 employees
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work culture
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Skilled in conflict resolution and constructive feedback
