The Restaurant General Manager role at L.O.V.E. Restaurant Group is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including people management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to a Restaurant Area Director, the General Manager acts as a guardian of the company’s culture, embodying and promoting values such as mentorship, team engagement, food quality, speed, cleanliness, and Southern hospitality.

In this role, the General Manager will lead and inspire a team of 65 to 100 employees, foster an engaging and supportive environment, and set high standards for execution and performance. They will oversee training programs, develop future leaders, manage staffing and scheduling, and maintain operational standards that ensure high employee retention and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving operational efficiency, and representing the brand within the community.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses that can bring total compensation to over $100,000. Working 10-hour shifts across day or evening periods, the General Manager will focus on delivering best-in-class hospitality and operational results while upholding the company’s culture of excellence.

Job Requirements
