Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including day and evening
  • Ability to lead large teams of 65 to 100 employees
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work culture
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and constructive feedback
