Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience in managing financial aspects including P&L
- Ability to use digital and technological tools effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and restaurant maintenance programs
- Ability to manage change and lead teams through transitions
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management, including people and performance leadership
- Demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and employee development
- Proven experience using P&L analysis to drive performance and improve outcomes
- Comfortable using digital tools and modern technology platforms to improve operations and guest engagement
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs, health codes, and safety standards
- High adaptability-experienced in change management and leading teams through transitions
- Passionate about upholding KFC's culture and values-with a focus on respect, growth, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
