Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and email
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age

  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and email

  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by monitoring P&L and implementing financial strategies
  • Drive sales growth through proactive guest service and operations management
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly, fast, and accurate service
  • Handle guest feedback by problem-solving and developing action plans
  • Engage with the community to execute local marketing initiatives
  • Lead recruitment, selection, on-boarding and training of restaurant staff
  • Optimize labor management including scheduling and compliance with employment laws
  • Ensure adherence to brand and operational standards
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Step in to perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinators as needed
