Founded in 2012 with just 30 Taco Bell units, DRG has grown exponentially into a company that now employs more than 6,000 team members. The company prides itself on maintaining a "people first" culture with a small company feel, despite its significant size. DRG emphasizes a family-oriented work environment where every employee is valued as part of the DRG family. The organization is committed to upholding core values such as respect, integrity, passion, accountability, commitment, and teamwork, which guide its operations and the way it supports its team members.

The General Manager role at DRG is an exciting leadership opportunity designed for a dynamic and experienced individual who is passionate about growth and development within the fast-food industry. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of restaurant locations, ensuring that high operational and financial standards are maintained while promoting a positive team environment. This position requires an individual who can lead by example, build and develop a effective team of top performers, provide consistent training and development opportunities, and maintain clear communication lines throughout the management structure.

This role also serves as the primary liaison between the restaurant and field leadership, emphasizing communication, accountability, and teamwork.

This position offers a competitive starting wage between $19.50 and $26.25 per hour, commensurate with experience and availability. DRG provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes programs aimed at financial assistance, education, daily payroll access, and many other perks designed to support employees both professionally and personally.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of restaurant experience, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with open availability. A high school diploma is required, and candidates must demonstrate excellent English communication skills, maintain proper health certifications, and pass necessary background checks. In return, DRG offers a supportive workplace culture and numerous opportunities for career advancement within their growing company.
