Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Must maintain current health card as per state or local laws
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform all restaurant job functions
  • Experience managing financial performance
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including a successful crew and pristine restaurants
  • Maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness by empowering teams
  • Having a clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as ultimate decision-maker
  • Engaging in clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Building an effective team through training, development, and providing meaningful performance feedback
