Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Must maintain current health card as per state or local laws
- Reliable transportation required
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to perform all restaurant job functions
- Experience managing financial performance
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world class operations including a successful crew and pristine restaurants
- Maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness by empowering teams
- Having a clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job in the restaurant
- Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as ultimate decision-maker
- Engaging in clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Building an effective team through training, development, and providing meaningful performance feedback
