Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work long and/or irregular shifts
  • strong understanding of P&L management
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles

  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work long and/or irregular shifts

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant profitability and P&L
  • drive sales through guest service and operations management
  • motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations
  • respond promptly to guest feedback
  • engage with community and execute local marketing initiatives
  • lead recruitment and onboarding of team members
  • provide coaching and feedback to staff
  • manage labor and scheduling
  • enforce compliance with laws and policies
  • uphold operational and brand standards
  • perform duties of assistant manager and shift coordinator when needed
