Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to work long and/or irregular shifts
- strong understanding of P&L management
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles

Job Duties
- manage restaurant profitability and P&L
- drive sales through guest service and operations management
- motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations
- respond promptly to guest feedback
- engage with community and execute local marketing initiatives
- lead recruitment and onboarding of team members
- provide coaching and feedback to staff
- manage labor and scheduling
- enforce compliance with laws and policies
- uphold operational and brand standards
- perform duties of assistant manager and shift coordinator when needed
