Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Maintain current Health Card per local/state regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card as required by state or local laws
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Experience managing financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including staff development, food quality, and financial performance
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant to support team and operations
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for all restaurant performance aspects
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Train and develop team while providing meaningful performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent strong financial results
