This opportunity is for a General Manager role at DRG, based at a Taco Bell location in Las Vegas, NV. The position offers a starting pay range of $18.50 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and availability, with a work schedule averaging 50 hours per week. This is a full-time position requiring open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the business. The General Manager will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness, while maintaining financial profitability. The role involves actively recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team. Leadership in this position entails setting clear expectations, recognizing team contributions, managing communication with both staff and corporate leadership, and cultivating a positive company culture. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Maintain current Health Card per local/state regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current Health Card as required by state or local laws
- Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Experience managing financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
