The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) role at Fulenwider Enterprises is a dynamic and critical position responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant. This leadership role demands a hands-on approach to overseeing all operational aspects, including product preparation, guest service, maintenance, inventory, financial management, and team leadership. The manager interacts directly with guests to enhance customer satisfaction and ensures that all menu items are available and up to company standards. Job Requirements
- follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment fryers, ovens etc
- the job entails lifting up to 25 lbs and carrying loads up to 30 feet in distance
- the job entails pushing/pulling up to 90 lbs and carrying up to 30 feet in distance
- knowledge of and compliance with the company's human resources policies and processes
- adheres to the company and city/state/united states safety requirements
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- create value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by personally spending time interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring all menu items are always available
- take an active role in guest service and guest relations, monitor and correct employee appearance, courtesy and suggestive selling techniques and take part in company marketing efforts
- control day-to-day operations by tracking restaurant labor and product costs to meet targets, order food, paper and supplies, maintain proper inventory levels and control waste, plan weekly schedule for restaurant employees, follow published procedures for receiving, preparing, holding, packing and serving products
- maintain high level of productivity through effective recruiting, training and motivation of hourly employees
- implement routine preventative maintenance program, check, adjust and make minor repairs of restaurant equipment, building and grounds
- prepare and submit required reports, use approved projection techniques, cash control techniques and security measures
- recruit, interview, recommend hiring, perform disciplinary action and termination of hourly restaurant employees, keep required personnel and performance information, develop, motivate and effectively train employees, maintain a safe work environment, champion recognition and motivation efforts
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
