Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Experience in managing P&L and operational leadership
- Strong communication and team management skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop team members with high potential into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
- Drive and uphold standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant thoroughly
- Assume accountability for all aspects of restaurant performance and serve as ultimate decision-maker
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and timely performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong financial results consistently
