Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Experience in managing P&L and operational leadership
  • Strong communication and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop team members with high potential into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
  • Drive and uphold standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant thoroughly
  • Assume accountability for all aspects of restaurant performance and serve as ultimate decision-maker
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and timely performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results consistently
