Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers by helping them set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team
- manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, training, and customer service
- monitor financial performance and control costs
- ensure compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations
