Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by helping them set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team
  • manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, training, and customer service
  • monitor financial performance and control costs
  • ensure compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations
