Job Requirements

  • valid driver's license
  • ability to provide shift coverage
  • experience in recent prior role as General Manager for external hires
  • strong passion for guest-centric service
  • proven sales growth track record
  • ability to mentor and coach team members
  • knowledge of inventory and financial controls
  • familiarity with POS and related systems
  • willingness to travel between locations
  • ability to manage kitchen or culinary operations preferred

Job Qualifications

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs and EBITDA targets
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
  • understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, financial control (P&L)
  • proficiency in POS systems, corporate software systems, third party delivery platforms, inventory systems, and reservation systems
  • experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • hospitality or business degree preferred
  • culinary and kitchen acumen preferred
