Job Requirements
- valid driver's license
- ability to provide shift coverage
- experience in recent prior role as General Manager for external hires
- strong passion for guest-centric service
- proven sales growth track record
- ability to mentor and coach team members
- knowledge of inventory and financial controls
- familiarity with POS and related systems
- willingness to travel between locations
- ability to manage kitchen or culinary operations preferred
Job Qualifications
- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
- understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, financial control (P&L)
- proficiency in POS systems, corporate software systems, third party delivery platforms, inventory systems, and reservation systems
- experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- hospitality or business degree preferred
- culinary and kitchen acumen preferred
