Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve KPI and EBITDA targets
- Experience in mentoring and coaching at various levels
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost controls, and financial operations
- General systems proficiency in POS and other corporate systems
Job Qualifications
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager required for external hires
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals for professional growth
- Strong business acumen and financial control knowledge including P&L management
- Proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems
- Preferred experience in casual or upscale dining
- Preferably a degree in hospitality or business
- Culinary and kitchen operational experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
- Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales leveraging local market knowledge
- Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
- Analyze financial results and market trends to continuously improve operations
- Foster an ownership mindset by utilizing KPIs and EBITDA targets to lead improvement initiatives
- Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking within the restaurant
- Develop management team members through leadership training ensuring preparedness for future roles
- Inspire and motivate the team by providing training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Encourage exploration of new ideas and calculated risks to drive organizational success
