The role of Operating Partner or General Manager at P.F. Chang's is a full-time salaried position with a pay range between $85,000 and $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems
  • Preferred experience in casual or upscale dining
  • Preferably a degree in hospitality or business
  • Culinary and kitchen operational experience is a plus
