Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • reliable transportation
  • must pass a background check
  • 2-4 years operational management experience in QSR or retail including P&L responsibility
  • basic math and accounting skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • good communication skills
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • personal computer literacy
  • passionate about quality execution
  • dynamic and positive leader

  • able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage a Pizza Hut restaurant within company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization
  • train employees and model appropriate behaviors
  • build a culture of recognition and motivate team members
  • recruit and develop high quality operators
  • lead performance management processes
  • execute corporate and local marketing programs
  • ensure safety and health compliance
  • control day-to-day operations including labor scheduling and inventory management
  • resolve serious customer issues and train managers on service standards
  • analyze customer complaints and implement systematic solutions
  • monitor and coach on Speed with Service performance
  • control profit and loss through cash procedures and financial reviews
  • maintain equipment and facilities to company standards
  • analyze sales and controlables to meet targets
  • develop and deliver unit-specific Annual Operating Plans
  • report to work on time and maintain proper uniform
  • take initiative to exceed job requirements
