The company is currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) for its Pizza Hut locations, promising an exciting and rewarding career opportunity. Reporting directly to an Area Coach, the RGM plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability. This position requires hands-on involvement in training employees, addressing customer needs, and modeling exemplary behaviors that foster a productive, positive work environment.

The RGM is a vital leader, responsible for building a culture of recognition and motivation to achieve operational excellence. This role encompasses several key leadership duties, including driving employee engagement, recruiting quality operators, and developing managers and team members to build a strong management bench. The RGM also leads performance management efforts to maintain high standards of performance and continually improve staff effectiveness.

Beyond people management, the Restaurant General Manager is entrusted with delivering a consistent and superior customer experience. They ensure the flawless execution of corporate and local marketing initiatives, maintain safe working and dining environments, and manage daily operations through labor scheduling and inventory control. The RGM is expected to uphold local health and safety standards and promptly address customer service issues, using data-driven insights to identify root causes of complaints and implement effective corrective measures.

In addition, the RGM oversees the financial health of the restaurant, managing Profit & Loss responsibilities with a focus on controlling costs, analyzing financial reports, and driving sales growth. Equipment, facilities, and grounds maintenance are also under their purview, ensuring the restaurant adheres to company standards and capital expenditure is judiciously prioritized.

Job Duties
