Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two-years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass Serve Safe certification course and exam
  • Expected to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two-years restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to pass Serve Safe certification course and exam
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic financial management knowledge

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including well-developed crew and staff, pristine restaurants, excellent food, and strong financials
  • Maintaining and driving high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Having a clear understanding and ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Being held accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
  • Engaging in clear and consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Building an effective team through training and development and providing timely performance feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining consistent strong financial results
