Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Serv Safe certification
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements
- Basic math skills
- Computer literacy

- Leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work flexible hours

- Knowledge of profit and loss statements

Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees in customer service and complaint handling
- Conduct meetings for planning, training, and reviewing operations
- Develop and maintain sales
- Utilize local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow food preparation and serving procedures
- Control inventory through an established system
- Use approved labor guidelines
- Develop and post labor schedules
- Adjust labor to sales volume
- Manage cash control and bank deposits
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Report accidents and incidents timely
- Maintain safe work environment
- Achieve high health department rating
- Ensure cleanliness and team image
- Communicate hiring, promotions, and employee status to Area Coach
- Process payroll
- Maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews
- Document corrective actions and incidents
- Maintain personnel files
- Post federally required notices
- Utilize preventive maintenance systems
- Attend scheduled meetings
- Perform administrative paperwork
