Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

  • Serv Safe certification
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss statements

Job Duties

  • Work the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Check product quality and communicate with customers
  • Train and coach employees in customer service and complaint handling
  • Conduct meetings for planning, training, and reviewing operations
  • Develop and maintain sales
  • Utilize local store marketing
  • Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective action
  • Follow food preparation and serving procedures
  • Control inventory through an established system
  • Use approved labor guidelines
  • Develop and post labor schedules
  • Adjust labor to sales volume
  • Manage cash control and bank deposits
  • Follow cash handling procedures
  • Report accidents and incidents timely
  • Maintain safe work environment
  • Achieve high health department rating
  • Ensure cleanliness and team image
  • Communicate hiring, promotions, and employee status to Area Coach
  • Process payroll
  • Maintain applicant tracking
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Document corrective actions and incidents
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Post federally required notices
  • Utilize preventive maintenance systems
  • Attend scheduled meetings
  • Perform administrative paperwork
