  • two or more years of restaurant management experience
  • open or flexible work availability
  • demonstrated leadership ability
  • excellent problem solving and decision making
  • basic computer proficiency
  • availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline team members
  • communicate job expectations
  • plan, monitor, enforce policies and procedures
  • implement production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards
  • resolve guest and operational issues
  • identify trends and implement changes
  • maintain a clean and food safe environment
  • manage controllable costs to ensure restaurant profitability
  • oversee all areas of restaurant operations
  • ensure proper execution of Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins brand standards
