Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including inventory control and financial management
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff
  • develop schedules and manage labor costs
  • handle cash deposits and other financial responsibilities
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
