Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to mentor and train team members
- Capability to handle physical demands including lifting 25-85 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Ability to comply with safety and operational procedures
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company operations
- Availability to work in fast-paced environment
- Punctual attendance
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as payroll and record keeping
Job Duties
- Ownership of restaurant success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
- Lead guest experiences with friendly interactions, clean restaurant, and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor team through training, development, and onboarding new team members
- Lead communications regarding team goals, promotions, and business updates
- Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow the business
- Review and submit payroll
- Complete employee new hire paperwork
- Complete employee change and termination forms
- Ensure safe and clean operation of the store at all times
- Create work schedules to meet service needs cost effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Daily record keeping of store financial and production activities
- Maintain documentation as specified by Area Coach, Director of Operations, and Human Resources
