Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage cost control and build effective teams
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability
- Willingness to relocate based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders verbally and written in English and Chinese Mandarin
- Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Proficiency in cost control, team building, and customer service excellence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate based on business needs
Job Duties
- Drive overall store operations management and support the development of management systems
- Participate in resource coordination and integrated management according to company strategy to ensure orderly business progress
- Monitor industry trends and align with company strategy adjustments to maintain and enhance market competitiveness
- Promote the brand’s local market presence and foster customer relationships and positive reputation
- Act as a bridge between strategy and operations to continuously improve management effectiveness
