We are currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our North American operation teams. In this critical role, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies while inspiring a high-performing team. This position requires excellent leadership capabilities, business acuity, and the ability to implement operational discipline effectively. The successful candidate will be proactive in adjusting to market trends and operational challenges, providing a strong bridge between company strategy and onsite execution.
This role is full-time and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based pay, and volume bonuses. It requires a professional with a solid track record in restaurant management, ideally with experience managing large chain restaurant locations. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and knowledge of Spanish is considered an advantage. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage cost control and build effective teams
- Demonstrated customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive overall store operations management and support the development of management systems
