Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage cost control and build effective teams
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability
  • Willingness to relocate based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders verbally and written in English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • Proficiency in cost control, team building, and customer service excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Willingness and flexibility to relocate based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Drive overall store operations management and support the development of management systems
  • Participate in resource coordination and integrated management according to company strategy to ensure orderly business progress
  • Monitor industry trends and align with company strategy adjustments to maintain and enhance market competitiveness
  • Promote the brand’s local market presence and foster customer relationships and positive reputation
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and operations to continuously improve management effectiveness
