We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, salaried management role with a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $90,000, you will be instrumental in driving the day-to-day operations of Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of customer service while leading and inspiring both front-of-house and kitchen teams. This position requires a combination of strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and sound business acumen. As General Manager, you will oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a cohesive and motivated team dedicated to upholding the restaurant's high standards.
Your role will involve strategic planning aimed at meeting and exceeding sales goals and financial targets to ensure the continued profitability and growth of the establishment. You will monitor inventory levels closely, manage ordering and receiving supplies, and guarantee the efficient use of resources. Additionally, you will enforce all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers. Utilizing your analytical skills, you will regularly review financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. Collaboration with the marketing team will also be a vital component of your job, as you help craft and execute promotional activities designed to increase customer traffic and brand awareness.
