Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Ability to prioritize work and time to meet objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing profit and loss
- Drive sales through proactive guest service and operations management
- Lead and motivate team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Handle guest experience management and resolve guest issues promptly
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, government regulations, and company policies
