Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to prioritize work and time to meet objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing profit and loss
  • Drive sales through proactive guest service and operations management
  • Lead and motivate team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Handle guest experience management and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, government regulations, and company policies
