Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a positive workplace culture
  • ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained
  • handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
