Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
  • proven track record of team leadership and performance results
  • ability to analyze financial data including profit and loss statements
  • proficiency with digital operation platforms
  • effective communication skills
  • understanding of restaurant safety and health regulations
  • experience in managing change and team development
  • commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • certification or willingness to obtain servsafe
  • valid transportation and work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management, including people and performance leadership
  • demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and employee development
  • proven experience using p&l analysis to drive performance and improve outcomes
  • comfortable using digital tools and modern technology platforms to improve operations and guest engagement
  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs, health codes, and safety standards
  • high adaptability-experienced in change management and leading teams through transitions
  • passionate about upholding kfc's culture and values-with a focus on respect, growth, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • servsafe certification or ability to obtain
  • reliable transportation and authorization to work in the u.s.
