Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two-years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- Expected 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
- Provide clear and consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, managing profit and loss, and restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service, high quality foods, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability
- Facilitate communication between field leadership and restaurant staff
- Serve as a liaison and uphold company culture and values
- Maintain accountability for restaurant performance and decision-making
