Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two-years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
  • Provide clear and consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
  • Oversee recruiting, training, managing profit and loss, and restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service, high quality foods, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability
  • Facilitate communication between field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Serve as a liaison and uphold company culture and values
  • Maintain accountability for restaurant performance and decision-making
