The role of General Manager at Qdoba presents a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team at an exciting time of expansion. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $59,000 annually, plus bonus pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance along with paid time off. As the frontline leader, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring fast and accurate service, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a confident decision-maker with a proven track record in restaurant management, guest service, staff motivation, and financial oversight.

The General Manager will be instrumental in driving store sales and catering growth, managing food and labor costs, and implementing company policies and safety standards. They will foster a positive and productive work environment, coaching and developing the team to grow within the company while maintaining low turnover.   • Two or more years restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
  • Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage crew member employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
  • Interview and hire team members
  • Provide proper training for team members
  • Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • Ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
