Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
- must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass criminal background check including MVR
- must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- expected 50-hour work week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma

- effective leadership and team-building skills
- strong communication abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards
- experience managing P&L and operational functions
- ability to provide clear direction and performance feedback
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class operations, including a well-developed crew and pristine restaurant conditions
- maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- have a clear understanding of and perform every job in the restaurant
- be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects and act as the ultimate decision-maker
- engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- build effective teams through training and development and provide meaningful performance feedback
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- maintain consistent strong financial results
