Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • expected 50-hour work week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • effective leadership and team-building skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • experience managing P&L and operational functions
  • ability to provide clear direction and performance feedback

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations, including a well-developed crew and pristine restaurant conditions
  • maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • have a clear understanding of and perform every job in the restaurant
  • be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects and act as the ultimate decision-maker
  • engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • build effective teams through training and development and provide meaningful performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain consistent strong financial results
