As a General Manager with Saren Restaurants' Wendy's franchise, you will have full ownership of the business within your restaurant. This critical leadership role demands that you take charge of everything inside the four walls—from leading the team to driving business performance and cultivating a positive culture. You will be responsible for building, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership and crew team, setting clear expectations, and holding the team accountable to elevate individual and collective talent.

Your role involves executing Wendy's operating systems with discipline and consistency, ensuring that all restaurant processes adhere to recognized standards. Driving sales through operational excellence and active team engagement will be a key focus, alongside managing controllable costs and profitability. You will analyze and manage the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L) statement to ensure financial health and sustainable growth. Compliance with food safety, labor laws, and legal standards is paramount, as is creating a welcoming environment where guests return and employees thrive.

The compensation package is competitive, with a base salary ranging from $62,000 to $70,000 annually and potential monthly performance bonuses up to $1,000 based on controllable results. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and prescription insurance eligibility after 30 days, a retirement plan with company match, paid vacation and sick time, guaranteed holidays off with pay on Thanksgiving and Christmas, free meals during shifts, and recognition programs, incentives, and performance contests.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years as a general manager or equivalent in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated success managing people, sales, and profitability
  • Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational controls
  • Experience reading and managing a P&L
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain quickly
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
