Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences including friendly interactions, clean environment, and fresh meals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations such as food preparation, service, safety, and cleanliness
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and local health regulations
  • Execute marketing promotions and maintain product quality and consistency
  • Recruit, train, and develop Shift Supervisors and Team Members
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and performance reviews
  • Control labor, food costs, and other expenses to meet budget goals
  • Complete reports including sales, inventory, and cash handling
  • Review daily sales and labor performance and take corrective actions
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
  • Implement programs to drive repeat business and sales
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and security procedures
  • Maintain team records, schedules, and timekeeping
  • Ensure restaurant is always inspection-ready
  • Communicate daily with Area Coach regarding performance
  • Ensure all training certifications and brand programs are completed on schedule
  • Lead by example with customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Mentor and coach team through training and development
  • Build team through selection and onboarding of new hires
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and eye contact
  • Take accurate orders quickly and confirm clearly
  • Upsell value items or upgrades using suggestive selling
  • Thank guests and invite them to return
