In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations while cultivating a positive and productive environment for your team. Your leadership will be instrumental in setting the gold standard for customer service and operational excellence that others aspire to. You will lead by example, recruiting and training top talent, coaching your team members for success, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee staff recruitment, orientation, and training programs tailored to build a strong, well-prepared team capable of delivering outstanding service. You will mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers to implement effective development plans and promote career advancement within the organization. Your role will involve recognizing and rewarding high performance, fostering a workplace culture that values diversity and promotes equity and inclusion.

On a daily basis, you will manage scheduling to optimize customer service, resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment, and personally engage with customers to handle any issues and ensure satisfaction. Financial stewardship is a key responsibility; you will analyze the restaurant’s financial performance, manage budgets, and employ strategies to enhance profitability without compromising the customer experience.

You will keep abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings, striving to exceed standards in both physical operations and digital customer engagement, including loyalty programs. The role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with digital tools and platforms. This position promises competitive pay, bonus eligibility, paid time off, comprehensive medical benefits, and unique opportunities such as the KFC Foundation Programs, which include free college tuition at Western Governors University, hardship assistance, and more. Join us to build a rewarding career where your leadership directly impacts team success and customer delight.
