Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in restaurant or retail
- proven leadership and people management skills
- strong financial acumen including P&L
- ability to use digital and technology tools
- excellent verbal and written communication
- knowledge of health codes and safety standards
- ability to manage change and lead teams
- commitment to diversity and inclusion
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- reliable transportation

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- demonstrated success in team building and employee development
- proven experience using P&L analysis
- comfortable using digital tools and technology platforms
