Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management including leadership
  • demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and employee development
  • proven experience using P&L analysis to drive performance
  • comfortable using digital tools and technology platforms
  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs, health codes, and safety standards
  • experience in change management
  • passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
  • reliable transportation
  • authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and build a world-class team
  • create tailored development plans and provide coaching
  • recognize achievements and foster a culture of positivity, accountability, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • engage with customers and resolve issues
  • address workplace challenges professionally
  • manage all aspects of daily operations including staffing, scheduling, training, cleanliness, safety, and food quality
  • ensure brand standards are followed with excellence
  • lead product rollouts and staff training
  • analyze financial performance and develop plans to maximize sales, control costs, and boost profitability
  • manage budgets, labor, inventory, and compliance
  • monitor local competition and position restaurant to outperform
