The role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at KFC is a dynamic and multifaceted leadership position. As an RGM, you are entrusted with the full responsibility of running the restaurant as a successful business. This includes overseeing all daily operations, leading and developing your team members, and ensuring an excellent guest experience that aligns with KFC’s brand standards. Additionally, you will lead product rollouts, ensuring that all team members are prepared to execute new initiatives successfully.

Your ability to interpret profit and loss (P&L) data will be key to making smart decisions that enhance the restaurant’s financial health.
