The role of Restaurant General Manager is integral to our restaurant's success. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including staff management, customer relations, and compliance with safety and health regulations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of restaurant management practices and prior food service experience. This role demands excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively direct employees and engage with customers. Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally. Candidates should have a high school education or equivalent and meet state requirements for automobile liability insurance. A home or cellular telephone is mandatory for communication and coordination, with an allowance of three weeks to secure telephone access if not already owned.
