Job Duties
- Prepare world-famous chicken following KFC secret recipe
- Execute restaurant processes with integrity and financial accountability
- Deliver high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling labor and ordering supplies
- Ensure food safety and compliance
- Oversee profit and loss responsibilities including cash control and inventory management
- Build, develop, and retain a strong team by recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training
