Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to upholding company standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to meet restaurant goals through strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving sales and maintaining operational standards
  • Minimum age of 18 years to be a manager

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor restaurant operations and adjust strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing efficiently
