Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor restaurant operations and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing efficiently
