Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- basic computer literacy
- must pass background check
- must have reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and cleaning the parking lot and grounds
- able to stand, walk, and stoop during 80 percent of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- prior profit and loss responsibility experience
- basic computer literacy
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proven ability in people development
- positive attitude
- experience as an assistant general manager preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- recruit, hire, and train new employees including conducting orientations
- develop and implement individual employee training plans
- create and manage employee schedules and deployment
- address and resolve employee performance issues promptly
- handle customer concerns and ensure positive guest experiences
- manage restaurant financials including budgeting and profit and loss oversight
