  • Own your restaurant's success metrics and lead team to reach goals

  • Grow and mentor the KFC family through training, development, and onboarding
  • Communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates
  • Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
  • Partner with other General Managers and Area Leaders to grow the business
  • Review and submit payroll
  • Complete new hire paperwork, employee change forms, and termination forms
  • Ensure safe and clean store operation at all times
  • Schedule work hours to meet customer service needs and control labor costs
  • Operate store in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain daily financial and production records
  • Keep documentation as specified by leadership and HR
