Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Have knowledge of all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring that the dine-in atmosphere (lighting, music volume/selection, temperature) is in line with company standards
- Ensuring that all orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and according to proper procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
- Interact with and build relationships with guests (names, favorite dishes, special occasions, etc.)
- Create and manage the schedule, ensuring the proper staff level for business volume
- Take, confirm, and manage all reservations, making sure to pay attention to any special requests or guest notes and special occasions such as birthdays/anniversaries
- Monitor, manage, and maintain assigned labor budget effectively
- Responsible for the condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of all equipment
- Complete any other assigned tasks and closing checklists/server checkouts
- Support employee morale by maintaining a healthy, safe, and pleasant work environment
