Job Requirements
- minimum of five years successful results as a franchise consultant or director of operations managing fifteen or more locations
- experience in quick serve, fast casual, and casual dining environments
- proven track record in people development and improving quality, service, and cleanliness
- strong focus on operations execution and financial results
- ability to coach and direct strategies and objectives with managing partners
- professionalism and a sharp business acumen
- ability to conduct inspections, inventory, and cash audits
- skills in reviewing and teaching budgets, labor, and food costs reconciliation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee and partner with multiple restaurant managing partner locations
- assist in the support of growth and development of management teams
- maintain profitability of locations through operational oversight
- conduct random inspections, inventory, and cash audits
- review and teach budgets, labor, and food costs reconciliation
- coach and direct strategies and objectives with managing partners
- instill a culture of ownership among franchise teams
