Goodwin Recruiting is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Business Consultant based in Gainesville to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and partnering with over 20 restaurant Managing Partner locations, playing a vital role in driving the growth and development of management teams across these restaurants. The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that each location maintains robust profitability by closely supporting operational efficiency, financial discipline, and leadership excellence. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a bonus program, medical and dental insurance, paid vacation, and access to leadership development programs.
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will bring at least five years of proven success in franchise consultation or director of operations roles managing 15 or more locations. Experience in quick serve, fast casual, and casual dining environments will be highly valued. The core objectives of this role include coaching and guiding Managing Partners to develop strategies and operational plans that promote sustainable growth, instilling a strong culture of ownership and accountability throughout the teams, and ensuring compliance with all operational standards through regular inspections, audits, and financial reviews. You will be expected to conduct random inspections, oversee inventory controls, perform cash audits, and teach best practices in budget management, labor optimization, and food cost reconciliation.
