We are currently seeking a friendly and courteous professional to join our busy restaurant team as a Server. This role is essential in setting the tone for an exceptional guest dining experience, requiring a positive attitude, warm smile, and dedication to hospitality excellence. Servers at our restaurant ensure guests are promptly seated, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver meals efficiently while accommodating special requests. The Server also manages payment transactions carefully to protect both the customer and the establishment from errors. Maintaining clean and well-prepared tables between seatings is an integral aspect of the role. Job Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
Have outstanding communication skills
Be punctual and reliable
Have previous experience in food service is preferred
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors
Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities
Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests
