Chuy's - River Oaks is currently seeking a professional Restaurant Food Prep Cook. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules. The successful candidate will work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure that food is prepared according to the Chef’s specifications. This includes setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables and preparing meats and sauces, and ensuring all menu items are cooked in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. The Food Prep Cook plays a vital role in maintaining timely service, high-quality food standards, and a positive kitchen environment.

In this role, the Food Prep Cook will be responsible for cleaning their station, managing leftover food, and stocking inventory appropriately. They must comply with all nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
