The current opportunity is for a full-time Restaurant Floor Manager at Ellen's Stardust Diner and The Iridium, located at 1650 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. This pivotal role requires coordinating communication between front of house and back of house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The Restaurant Floor Manager will supervise the wait staff and provide assistance when necessary, maintaining high service standards throughout both Ellen's Stardust Diner and The Iridium.
